Pastor Michel-Ange Ducheine currently shepherds a multi-church district within the Greater New York Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. He earned his bachelor’s degree in religion and Master of Divinity (MDiv.) degree from Andrews University and is presently a Doctor of Theology Candidate (ThD), with dissertation research focused on the evidential problem of evil (Theodicy) in Biblical Theology.
A committed Bible scholar, Pastor Ducheine specializes in both the Hebrew Bible and the Greek New Testament. His scholarly work seeks to deepen the understanding of Scripture by examining biblical texts through the cultural, linguistic, and historical perspectives of the original Hebrew-and Greek-speaking audiences of the biblical world. His approach integrates careful exegetical study with theological reflection, seeking to illuminate the meaning and significance of Scripture for both the church and the broader theological community.
In addition to his pastoral leadership and academic pursuits, Pastor Ducheine is actively engaged in global media evangelism. He has been featured as a speaker on networks such as 3ABN, using media platforms to communicate biblical truth to audiences around the world.
Pastor Ducheine also contributes to the wider theological community through academic presentations and scholarly engagement with organizations such as the Adventist Theological Society. His ministry reflects a commitment to bringing together rigorous biblical scholarship, theological inquiry, pastoral leadership, and Christ-centered evangelism.
Pastor Ducheine is happily married to Dr Abigail Ducheine, a board-certified family and lifestyle medicine physician. Together they are blessed with two daughters.
